These guidelines are designed to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of the content published on App Zone. By submitting content to App Zone, you agree to abide by these guidelines. 1. Eligibility for Publishing
To publish on App Zone, you must:
Have an active App Zone developer account.
Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Ensure that the content is original, or that you have the necessary rights and licenses to publish it.


2. Content Requirements
When publishing apps, games, or blogs on App Zone, your content must comply with the following requirements:

2.1. Quality Standards
Functionality: Apps and games must function as described and provide a quality user experience without frequent crashes, bugs, or unfinished features.
Design: Ensure that your app’s interface is user-friendly and adheres to design standards for the platform it’s intended for (Android or Windows).

2.2. Content Safety
Your content must not:
Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Promote illegal activities or provide instructions for illegal activities.
Include or enable access to any form of adult content, including explicit sexual material or content that promotes violence or discrimination.

2.3. Prohibited Content
Hate Speech: No content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Infringement: Do not submit apps or content that violate the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
Deceptive Content: No misleading information, false claims, or fraudulent apps designed to deceive users or exploit them financially.

2.4. Privacy & Data Protection
Apps that collect personal information must include a clearly defined privacy policy that explains how user data is collected, used, and protected.
Developers are responsible for ensuring that their app complies with applicable data protection regulations, including obtaining user consent when required.

2.5. Advertising & Monetization
Ads displayed in your app must comply with relevant advertising guidelines and not disrupt user experience.
Monetization methods must be transparent, and users should not be misled by hidden fees, in-app purchases, or subscription terms.

3. Submission Process

3.1. App Submission
Upload your APK (for Android) or executable file (for Windows) along with screenshots, a detailed description, and relevant metadata (version number, developer information).
Provide a clear, concise description of the app’s purpose and features.

3.2. App Review
All submitted apps, games, and blogs go through a review process before being published on App Zone. During this review, our team will:
Test your app for compliance with technical and quality standards.
Ensure that the content follows our guidelines and doesn’t violate our policies.
App reviews typically take between 1-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the app and the volume of submissions. We reserve the right to reject or request modifications for any content that does not meet our guidelines.

4. App Updates
When submitting updates for an existing app or game, ensure that:
The update addresses issues such as bug fixes or performance improvements.
New features and functionality are clearly outlined in the app description.
The updated version continues to comply with all of App Zone’s publishing guidelines.


5. Intellectual Property
By publishing on App Zone, you affirm that:
You hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to distribute the app, game, or blog content.
You do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
App Zone respects intellectual property and expects the same from its publishers. In the event of an intellectual property dispute, we may remove content until the issue is resolved.

6. User Feedback & Ratings
Users of App Zone will be able to rate and review your app. While reviews are an important tool for improving your content, the following applies:
Do not attempt to manipulate ratings or post fake reviews.
Respond professionally to user feedback and use it to enhance your app’s performance and user experience.
Apps with consistently poor reviews or feedback may be subject to additional review and, if necessary, removal.

7. Compliance with Local Laws
Your app, game, or blog must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Data privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA, depending on your location and target audience).
Consumer protection laws.
Content restrictions specific to certain regions, especially those related to sensitive subjects like religion, politics, or societal norms.
As App Zone operates under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all content must comply with local laws and regulations, especially in matters related to religious, moral, and cultural sensitivities.

8. App Removal and Suspension
App Zone reserves the right to remove or suspend any app, game, or blog for violations of these guidelines, including but not limited to:
Submitting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
Repeated submission of poor-quality apps or content.
Failing to address technical issues or user complaints in a timely manner.
If your app is removed or suspended, we will notify you via email and provide details on the reason for removal. In some cases, you may be allowed to correct the issue and resubmit your content.
